Fulfilment

For hand drawn pieces, please allow 10 business days for completion of artwork, prior to shipping.

Domestic (Australia and New Zealand)

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post’s Parcel Post. Shipping will take 3-6 business days.

International

We ship internationally via DHL. International post drops occur once a week on a Tuesday. Shipping will take 5-14 days business days.

Please note, your country of origin may have duties or taxes which might apply to your order and aren’t included in the shipping cost. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Entered the wrong postal address?

Please email us immediately at hello@wallpicnic.com and we can amend it if the order hasn’t yet been shipped. If the order has already been processed, unfortunately it’s out of our control.
